My name is Jake
Jakubuwski (pronounced: Jake-UH-bus-KEY). I am not a lawyer, paralegal or law clerk and in
my report,
"Ten Secrets Attorneys and Insurance
Companies
May Not Want You to Know about
Your
Worker's Compensation
Claim"
I do not offer legal advice or counseling. I'm
simply a guy that got hurt on the job and learned that attorneys, the insurance company,
worker's compensation doctors, my employer, hospitals, rehabilitation nurses and a host of
other folks involved in my claim did not necessarily have my best interests at
heart.
As a result I wrote "Ten Secrets Attorneys and Insurance Companies May Not
Want You to Know about Your Worker's Compensation Claim" to show other folks that have been injured on the job (Like I was) how
I was able to add THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to my final Worker's Compensation settlement when I
discovered the ten secrets that most worker's compensation claimants never find out about.
Better yet, I detail in this report how I used my knowledge of those secrets to my
benefit.
YOU NEED TO READ
THIS REPORT
If you have been injured, or have become sick as a result of a
job related accident or a job related illness resulting from an on-the-job exposure to an
environmental hazard: you are, under Workers Compensation laws, entitled to compensation for
lost wages and payment of doctor bills, hospital bills, medical treatment of those injuries;
and even the costs of physical therapists. In some cases, as a result of being hurt on the job,
a claimant may be entitled to Lifetime medical treatment, physical therapy, continuing
rehabilitation and even retraining to learn new skills.
